We are currently recruiting for Psychotherapists in Norwich and St Albans.

Job title: Psychotherapist

Location: Norwich & St Albans

Contract: Permanent employed or self employed option available

Hours: Flexibility given over hours of work, both full and part-time

Salary: An attractive base salary plus bonuses, depending upon the number of clients you are able to see.

Job Description: Emotionalskills therapists are responsible for delivering a therapeutic model which has a person-centered foundation, but is integrative overall.  We strongly believe that all clients are unique and the model is adapted to each client’s needs. Full training will be given on the model prior to seeing clients.

You will have a counselling/psychotherapy diploma level education (minimum) and ideally you will meet clients in a suitable therapy room in your home. However, we have a base that our therapists in Norwich can possibly work from.

This is an important role in which you will use your knowledge and experience to give guidance and support to clients to enable them to better manage their emotional issues. Candidates must be a BACP member, be resilient and organised. You will work closely with the Client Co-ordinator with the management of your initial client appointments and diary but have the flexibility to work around your own commitments.

Applicants will have both passion and an interest in empowering clients to effectively manage their emotional issues, whilst facilitating their movement towards their goals/objectives.

We offer flexible working arrangements with very little administration allowing you to completely focus on clients. This permanent, employed post (self employed option available) includes a pension, paid annual leave, supervision and insurance. We work as part of a team but you have the autonomy to provide the best service to our clients.

How to apply: Please email sonya@emotionalskills.uk for an application form and more information.
