Part Time Client Co-ordinator - Norwich

We are a small, growing, friendly counselling organisation seeking a Client Co-ordinator. 

As Client Co-ordinator you will perform key administrative activities at Emotionalskills Limited.  You will ensure that contact with prospective clients is professional, confidential, client appointments are arranged in a timely manner, and communication shows empathy and sensitivity at all times.

With strong customer service experience, you will:

  • receive telephone calls, text messages, and emails from prospective clients 
  • arrange Initial Consultation appointments
  • assign prospective clients to Therapists
  • update and monitor the Therapists daily and weekly diary system
  • ensure follow up appointments are actively but appropriately sought, subject to clinical need.

IT literate (working with Excel, Word, Calendars, Databases), you will work flexibly from home, submitting daily reports on client contact and appointments arranged. Attendance at regular meetings in Norwich (NR2) will be required.

It is expected that the role will require 2 hours work per day, totalling 10 hours per week, on a 52 week basis. The Annual Leave allowance is 5.6 weeks per annum pro-rata.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Degree level education desirable
  • Minimum of GCSE Level Maths and English
  • Good IT knowledge
  • Articulate in both verbal and written communication
