Anger is a natural human reaction to help protect us if we are in danger, but it can be very negative in many other situations. Anger is not just 'losing it'- it's much more involved. Anger is personal and different for everyone. Annoyance, irritation and frustration can blight people’s lives. Absolutely anyone can struggle with psychological tension or emotional strain and it can come out as anger. Generally people are not born angry, but people can become habitually angry. There is an escape route and these habits can be removed and people can change.
